    Hi all,

I love churn and burn model, since it gives quick cash to invest more. However, I don't know what is better: brand new domain or aged domain found from auction. It is because some aged domains got blacklisted, and I couldn't know it until I get the domain and add it to webmaster tool.

Love to hear from you guys :)

i haven't tried it on an aged domain but new domain worked out real great for me. It highly depends on how you perceive as churn and burn though.

I always prefer aged domains but they should have a clean background. I mean no bank robberies and or any other police case (panda - penguin)

Aged domain. Preferably 8+ years old with at least 30 pages of unique content. Better if you build a Silo site -

Try to get as many contextual links as possible.

    Cheers.

Go for aged domain as they already have some backlink profile.

    Hello,

I would recommend buying an aged domain that already has established domain authority and Pagerank. The domain is already recognized by Google and is far easier to rank then a brand new domain.

    Best Regards,

Do people commenting on here actually do churn and burn sites or are they just giving advice about something which they have no idea about. There is one way to churn and burn which you cannot possibly do with an old domain, which is the best way to churn and burn, and new domains rank well easier than old domains. Why do people keep saying go for an old domain, are they just willing to give bad advice to make themselves look like they know what they are doing? To put it simple, anyone who knows what they are doing does not use an old domain.

    Thanks, I'll check that thread.

All others, actually answer to all "smart" comments - I already try churn and burn with NHS, SB Bobmer and Money Robot, at 2 new domains, and both are penalized very fast. So I ask for some advice, not for spoon-feed.

How many verified links were you building per day? I'm pretty sure that if you are penalized before achieving anything, you're simply not pushing out links fast enough. I'd suggest you to take a look at gsa ser as it seems like a beast at pumping out links with the right setup. That's at least what I've experienced so far.

How long does it takes for your site to get penalized? from the time you start SEOing it? my new domain has been up for closed to 3 months now and it is still standing strong.

This is part of a "GreyHat" approach by me. Results usually come in within a month and results stick.

New domain > Hundreds of thousands of links > Rank 'n Bank. There really isn't much to it.

I really do not like putting more money into it than I absolutely have to. Usually I would recommend buying a new
domain name and then blast it with a couple of tiers of links.

It's a matter of what you're willing to sacrifice. It will usually be easier with an aged domain with a good profile, but then you'll end up eventually destroying an aged domain with a good profile. If you only have one prized aged domain, or have better uses for aged domains, then you probably want to save them and not burn them. If you buy aged domains for the purpose of churn and burn, and figure the higher cost is worth it as a cost of doing business, then burn them.
