btw Firefox rulz!
I didn't think I would switch to it from Firefox until I saw iMacros for Chrome:
Google / Youtube loaded slower for me on chrome then it does on firefox, nuff said.
Firefox ain't bad or anything I just prefer chromes clean and simple layout. As far as speed chrome opens the fastest but in everything else I dont notice much difference.
I have so many addons and tools on firefox it's as slow and as buggy as hell and eats memory
like mad. This may not be the fault of firefox but probably cross incompatible addons.
I used crome for browsing for a short while but for me opera is my choice, I find it faster than chrome especially with turbo on.
So firefox for work opera for play.
Time to get chrome now amirite?
almost same here, whenever i start opera i'm amazed of its speed, but i don't use it very often
i've just disabled around 10 addons in firefox which i almost never use, so anybody who likes to install dozens of addons, just check the addons list in ff and disable what you really don't need (you may have a few useless, after you tried it once and forgot to disable/uninstall)
Firefox 4 is coming in November
"The primary goals for Firefox 4 will be making a browser:
Fast: making Firefox super-duper fast
Powerful: enabling new open, standard Web technologies (HTML5 and beyond!),
Empowering: putting users in full control of their browser, data, and Web experience."

Yeah right. Beat Chrome my ass.
Open 20 new browser windows with chrome vs firefox and you can see what takes the most CPU.. Chrome kicks FF long way.
I have a chrome skin for firefox. Chrome is slightly faster but less versatile. I know the skin doesnt make firefix faster but it makes a real psychological impact!
Good ad, Google have the cash to make cool adverts like this, and indeed I use Chrome as my Browser, Firefox as my SEO browser / Tool, however, from my honest experience and I am a Google Fan, yet the latest version of Opera is even faster! And it's got caching options to make it faster still!
Ive heard Opera is the fastest, at least 1 year ago it was
but when it comes to intuitive design and providing best working enviroment for speeding up work, then Opera is the winner.
Built in RSS feed reader, Built in eMail reader (BEST THING EVER) and address book, Built in IRC, Opera Turbo for optimizing image quality (when u have slow net connection), Highly customizable interface ..........
Opera is definetly what you'd be using if you need your work to be done with least amount of time
Most of the innovations you see among other browsers like FireFox, Safari, Chrome - Opera did it first.
Opera is for pro's
lol, and here's Opera's answer to the Chrome speed test:
"Opera's browser is much faster than a potato"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zaT7thTxyq8&feature=player_embedded
