Chosing my next site to developp, I have some domains parked, which one should I develop ?

I have some EMD parked, and would like your advice on what site to develop next, this would be monetized by adsense, and all of these have a good search volume/CPC :

Keyword 1 : 25'000 exact searches, $1.5 CPC
Competition :

Keyword 2 : 12'000 exact searches, $1.9 CPC
Competition:

Keyword 3 : 19'000 exact searches $1.3 CPC
Competition:

Keyword 4 : 1900 exact $11 CPC
Competition:

Keyword 5 : 2000 exact 8$ CPC
Competition:

Keyword 6 : 2000 exact $8.2 CPC

Keyword 3 possibly iv seen that as long as you have quality content you can rival any site with DA

Keyword 4 seems like something you could develop within a day or two, max a week, considering the competition.
If you get 50% of the 1900 searches, that'll be 950 visits/month, with an average of 3% CTR that'll be ~28-29 click a month which will get you about 200$ after Google has taken theirs.. Either that one or keyword 1, though keyword 4 seems to be the best in terms of ROI and time needed.

How about adword competition?

Adword competition is high for every keywords except kw 3 that medium (but just below high)

Ok then I really like the 4th one.

Honestly I would try all of them and se what happens

Thanks for your answers guys, I'll go with keyword 4 at first, don't want to spread out on all of them as this is too much of an investment at the same time, but I think I'll developp the others after
