is there a tool out there that will let me spoof my ip address but let me choose what ip it appears I am coming from?

Want to be able to change my ip address before I go to a site. and I want to be able to choose specific ip's that I already have written on a piece of paper.

    Thanks
ohh and merry christmas guys, or happy chrismahannaquanzika

so I am using this for submissions. and so when people provide submissions to me I want to pass them along to other sites. but those sites track the submission ip address. so I need to show that it's coming from the ip address that I picked up. any ideas?

Probably already figured something out I'm assuming by now, but if not, first you need to make sure the IPs/proxies are working. Then, as stated above, you would want to get a plug-in for Firefox and you'd be all set.

There's no way to do what you're trying to do. You could possibly just use proxies and hope the locations don't raise any red flags.

If you actually have a legitimate reason for doing this and believe it's going to work just contact whoever you're trying to cheat and see if they'll let you hit an API or something. If you can provide an adequate amount of business people will be more willing to work with you than you think.
