Many IM teach to use exact match in Google keyword tool but there are also many IM that teach to use phrase match.

Which one is correct to use?
    Confuse a bit around here.

Dont make the mistake I made.

I found a KW with 12k broad searches, made a site and all, double checked and realized exact match is 0.

As to phrase match, as far as I know, it's when people search for "KEYWORD". while exact match is just when people search for KEYWORD.(without the " ").

I guess exact match is best because most people dont put "s when they search for stuff in google.
