general rule: if you want to post something which doesn't really fit into any category, then you should post that in the lounge:
"BlackHat Lounge What?s been on your mind lately? Maybe you've come across a website that made you laugh. Almost anything goes here!"
so chit chat goes to the lounge, but keep in mind, it's a seo & money making forum in the first place, not really a gossip forum
