    Spun content imho does not categorize as to quality...

    My take is how effective the spin works long term vis a vis ranking and indexing...

    If it spun content gets ranked and indexed and the ranking sticks job done - irrespective of quality issues...

    The stresses and demands of modern living have literally taken our breath away. {Most of us|A lot of us}, children and adults, {do not|try not to} breathe as deeply and strongly as we could.

    We breathe through our mouths {when we|as soon as we} {should be|ought to be} breathing through our noses. Our noses FILTER the air coming into our bodies-our mouths don't!

    We even hold our breaths {when we|as soon as we} {should be|ought to be} breathing.

    What's more, we breathe BACKWARDS.

    Yes, BACKWARDS!

    {When we|As soon as we} inhale, our bellies are caving in like we've been punched {in the|within the|into the} stomach {instead of|rather than} expanding outwards like big balloons. Take a moment right now and observe your breath.

    Is your stomach moving in or out {as you|while you} inhale? Maybe {it's not|it isn't} moving {at all|after all}. Perhaps the air is only moving your chest.

    Shallow breathing, holding our breath, gasping for air, and breathing backwards provides our brains {and other|along with other|and various other} organs, muscles, and tissues with enough oxygen to survive {but not|yet not} nearly {enough to|adequate to} THRIVE.

    Without breathing deep into our abdomens {all day|throughout the day|all the time|from day to night} long, we don't {have the|experience the} energy and drive we should {have to do|need to do} {and be|and become|and stay} our best.

    Deep breathers, {on the|in the|regarding the} other hand, get enough oxygen to:

    fully develop their bodies and {keep them|have them} very, very healthy;
    think clearly and make good decisions;
    fuel their muscles {so they can|to enable them to|so that they can} exercise, play, and compete at peak levels;
    cool raging emotions;
    continually fan their fire of enthusiasm;
    sleep well; and
    achieve their maximum potential in all areas of life.

    As newborn babies {we were|we had been} all deep breathers. Sometime, somewhere, somehow, however, a terrible thief silently crept into our lives and stole this natural ability.

    Perhaps that terrible thief was a sickness. Perhaps our nose became stuffy {and we|and now we|so we} had to breathe through our mouth.

    Perhaps that terrible thief was FEAR--Moments {when we|as soon as we} had the air scared right {out of|away from} us.

    Moments, minutes, even hours {when we|as soon as we} held on {to our|to the} breath like a prized possession someone was {trying to|attempting to} steal as our body tightened up or braced itself against dangers known and unknown like:

    A scary trip to the doctor or dentist.
    Listening to or watching our parents fight {with each other|with one another}.
    Being yelled at or even hit for doing something our parents didn't like.
    {A really|A very} scary, loud, or intense scene we saw on TV or {at the|during the} movie theater.
    Losing {or not|or otherwise not} being {the best|the greatest} at something.
    Being locked in a dark closet as punishment.
    Thinking about or actually being physically hurt.
    Hurrying and scurrying to get somewhere or get something done on time.
    Booming thunder and crackling lightning.
    Being teased about our weight or looks.
    Being forced {to eat|to consume|for eating} something we didn't like.
    Not being liked.
    Standing up {in front|right in front} of others or being called on in school.
    Darkness or being left alone.
    A dog barking at us or chasing us.
    Just being {afraid of|scared of} spiders, snakes, scorpions, {and other|along with other|and various other} such creepy, crawly creatures.
    Being disappointed.

    The possibilities of who or what stole our natural breathing processes are endless.

    But who or what this thief was that stole this precious gift {we were|we had been} given at birth {is no longer|has stopped being} important.

    Reclaiming {our own|our very own} natural {ability to|capability to|capacity to} breathe deeply and fully is important!

    Keeping this terrible thief {out of|away from} our children's lives right {from the start|from the beginning} is even more important!

    Teaching our children and learning ourselves {how to|simple tips to} breathe correctly, consciously, and regularly, {just like|similar to} we eat and drink, is vital to fully nourishing body, mind, and spirit.

    This teaching should begin right {from the start|from the beginning}--before birth.

    There are {things you can do|steps you can take} with your breath that will nourish {your child's|your kid's} development {in the|within the|into the} womb. I encourage {you to|one to} investigate {some of these|many of these} {you might|you may} {find in|get in} articles, fairy tales, and yoga/qigong programs!!!

    {You and your|Both you and your} children can also {enhance your|improve your} abdominal breathing by using a novel, yet time-tested, approach of improving your instinctive {ability to|capability to|capacity to} "blow".

    {How many|What number of} times have you been told to or tried to "take a deep breath in"? {What happens|What the results are}?

    The ensuing attempt to "take a deep breath in" is usually accompanied by a lifting of the shoulders or a puffing {out of the|from the} chest {as you|while you} {try to|you will need to|just be sure to} suck the maximum amount of air in to your nose or mouth.

    In reality, this lifting and using our shoulders to pump and draw air into our lungs does not result in a deep breath. It results in a clavicle or "shallow" breath.

    {When we|As soon as we} lift our shoulders to inhale, our auto reflex pulls our stomach inward (contracting it). When our stomach pulls in, our diaphragm muscle pushes upward, causing our body to fight {against the|up against the} flow of air {trying to|attempting to} come into our abdomen-actually preventing us from taking a deep, life-enhancing, oxygen-rich abdominal breath.

    My experience as an author of children's breathing books, yoga instructor, and T'ai Chi/Qigong Master has proven that how we "hoo" (blow out) definitely affects how we "shi" (draw in).

    In fact, the Chinese word/term for breathing {consists of|is comprised of|is composed of} two characters--"HOO-SHI"-- which literally translates as "blow-draw". A thorough exhalation is {a natural|a normal} precursor to a health-enhancing deep abdominal breath. {The more|The greater} thorough the exhalation, the deeper, fuller, and more satisfying the following inhalation {will be|may be|will likely be|is going to be|are going to be|will likely to be|is supposed to be}.

    {If you|Should you decide} ask a six-year-old child to take a deep breath in, {you'll get|you will get} a blank stare. "Breathing in" means nothing to a child {because it|given that it} doesn't produce a visible result.

    {On the|In the|Regarding the} other hand, {if you|should you decide} ask them to blow out the candles {on their|to their} birthday cake, {you will get|you get} {a great|a good} big smile {because they|since they} can "see" {the effects|the results} {of their|of the} effort. It's far easier and much simpler {to help|to aid|to assist} a child breathe better by leading them to blow out thoroughly and then "letting" the deep in-breath take its natural course.

    {For instance|For example|By way of example}, as a child practices blowing {like the|such as the} wind (like through the loop in a bottle of liquid bubbles), they {learn to|learn how to} control the "blowing", {make it|allow it to be} last longer, gain more focus and strength, and produce greater and greater results. They see {they can|they may be able} do more fun things and win games {simply by|by simply} blowing better.

    Children {of all|of all of the} ages also find excitement and satisfaction in screaming, yelling, and laughing freely. These emotional expressions naturally let out pent-up air and release tension {in the|within the|into the} muscles {used for|employed for|useful for|used in} breathing, creating a "relaxed vacuum" {which is|that is|and that is|and is} automatically and naturally filled by a deep abdominal breath. That great big inhalation from deep within is the {source of|supply of} the excitement, satisfaction, and even elation brought about by screaming, yelling, laughing, and playing. {This is|This might be|This really is|This will be|That is|This can be|It is|This is certainly} true for adults too!

    {If you|Should you decide} don't know what a deep abdominal breath feels like, I invite {you to|one to} sit in a chair. Bend forward {as far as|so far as} {you can|you may|you could potentially|you could possibly|you are able to|it is possible to|you could|you can easily}. Blow {all the|all of the} air in {your body|the body} out through your mouth. Now, slowly inhale through your nose. Feel {what happens|what the results are}!

    {As you|While you} {and your|as well as your} children learn and practice {ways to|methods to|techniques to} regain your natural {ability to|capability to|capacity to} take deep abdominal breaths effortlessly and continuously, you'll observe the truly valuable end results--enhanced mental and physical capabilities sustained by a rich flow of oxygen, chi energy, controlled coordination, and centering. {You will|You are going to|You can expect to|You certainly will|You will definitely} empower {your child|your youngster} and yourself with abilities that will last a lifetime! Abilities they will pass on {to their|for their} children!

    @steelballs I agree with you for the most part. However, using spun content for your money site and even tier 1 sites is in my opinion counter productive. After all, you want potential customers to decent content. I use spun content but I go over it before I actually post it. Also, the content spun above is crap! I doubt that it would pass copyscape.

    Hi,

    What are you going to use it for? If you seriously want to have content, lookup Expertpeon for how to spin properly (3d spinning or w/e it's called). It takes work but produces infinite amounts of content pretty much. Once you actually need the spinning tool he recommends (ubertools ubercubes) send me a PM and I'll give you a free standalone copy I made.
