    Bit of background:

So I own a site that sells beauty and lifestyle products to 18-24 year old girls. I don't live in the states (I'm in Australia) but 80% of my customers come from the states.

Currently all my traffic comes from instagram, from about 20 accounts, I'm generating around 120 unique hits a day. I'm consistently converting 1-1.5% of this traffic into sales. I manufacture and import my products from china. So margins are good and money is good (when sales are made).

All my insta accounts are currently setup on Instagress. This has worked for me so far because 1) I don't have to worry about things like proxies 2) it's really fast to setup and tweak accounts 3) it has really good features

I use follow/like/comment/unfollow actions with a lot of quite carefully thought out spintax to help generate traffic.

My only issue is it's costing me quite a lot of money to run, despite getting some fairly hectic discounts from instagress from e-mailing them regularly.

New challenge - to create 200 accounts!

I've done the research I need on my accounts and I put bitlinks in them so I can see which are the most effective at driving traffic. I feel I know exactly what theme accounts I need to create 200 of to drive some mind bogglingly awesome traffic.

So after a lot of reading I've got the following checklist:
    - Followliker (just purchased the unlimited)
    - PVA instagram accounts (just ordered)
    - Proxies (still looking, and a question....should I get Australian proxies since that's where I live?)
    - phone numbers (should I get Australian numbers because that's where I live?)

I'm a little confused about the proxies/phone numbers in relation to where I live.

    Other thoughts:

Across all my accounts I post 1-2 pictures a day. I have hired a filipino girl full time who is doing a really good job at this for a great price. I post pictures by using a service called post.so, which allows me to schedule instagram posts/pictures for 20 accounts (for about $40US dollars per month!!) which is really expensive so I'm excited about using FL to do the scheduling. I have read some people prefer to use IGERSlike for scheduling posts, is it better? Anyone have any experience here?

I am about to read up on follow liker to learn how to use it so I can import my accounts from instagress to FL. Has anyone done this before? Did they lose any accounts? I am a little worried...

Any help or advice really appreciated. Thanks so much guys!

Lol I love how you hired someone for operating bots and programs which already do most of the work for you. (I'm not laughing at you, since I too am looking at doing this in the future when I cannot handle managing 100+) Good luck. I use Igerslike, and it's still pretty expensive but FOR THE MOST PART it works well for scheduling. There's one problem with it so far. Some accounts I think IG flags or something, but Igerslike acts like it posts the item but then really when you click the link it redirects you to a broken page. This happens very rarely, but when this does I just go to FL and post there. Followliker is def. worth it.

The girl probably doesn't host the accounts for you, since that'd be too much power in her hands... so you host it. But, do you use a VPS? If you're trying to manage more than 50 accounts, I'd say def. get a VPS. Even if you have an amazing workstation and uber-fast internet, leaving your computer on all the time isn't the wisest idea plus it eats up a lot of energy so your bills will skyrocket.

Hey avil, thanks so much for your response.

I'll add a VPS to the check list!

Hired the girl not to operate the bots but to help with the management of this system:
    - setup accounts in a ready-to-grow format: for me this is 9 well chosen photos with good comments w/ niche hashtags
    - load new accounts into bots and apply appropriate settings (these settings also need to be updated over time, etc the bigger the account gets the faster it can run)
    - post 1-2 new posts a day across 200 accounts (big job with a scheduler!)

As you can imagine, it's time consuming!

    Thanks again.

I'm in Australia too and I've always used USA proxys but with Australian phone numbers to verify them. I haven't had any trouble as yet.

Followliker doesn't have an actual "exact schedule" that you can use to post your images, but you can set up a project to only share your images between certain hours and then have a delay for when it will post the next image. For example, you could set it to share images only between 8am-8pm, and wait 3 hours between sharing each image. Igerslike might be a bit easier, I haven't used it for that purpose.

Igerslike is pretty great for making accounts. You can add your own email address, phone number and proxy to the account before you make it - that way all those things are always associated with that account, whereas with the PVAs you've purchased, they've already been verified with the providers' number. You can also update the bio and profile pic on Igerslike, all from your PC.

There's some good info on running mass accounts in this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/instagram/755223-running-1000-mass-instagram-accounts.html

    Good luck!
