I am curious as to how people like to check their site rankings. I have been using SEO PowerSuite Rank Tracker since about January, and while I like it, atm I really cannot afford to purchase the licence, and the free version does not allow you to save anything. Meaning that any time you restart your computer, or the software updates, you loose everything. While Id like to buy the software license, I havent turned profit yet threw IM, so I cannot.

Does anyone recommend any other programs to check rankings that I woulnt loose everything every time I restart the program?

Usually with SEO Power Suite, Use Search Button, and you'll find a Paid Nulled Version, that works GREAT...

But for quick check, im using Traffic Travis

have you been able to actually find a nulled version? I searched in google the other week and couldnt find one.

I re-read this today and realized you were talking about the forum search, not google. I figured that in google this forum would so up also as it usually does, but it didnt.

After running a search here I found a few threads, but none of the methods are still currently working. Any other ideas?

I check the rankings manually for the most part as I dabble in mostly micro niche sites. For larger sites I've actually found Web CEO to be quite helpful.

I'd check out MicrositeMasters if I were you. It is online so everything is stored and it tracks daily automatically so you don't need to worry about manually checking rankings everyday (and you don't need to worry about proxies, etc.)

I have been using serpbook.com for a few weeks and it's very good. The advantage of a web based checker is that you don't have to run anything...just log in and check. And then you also know your rankings aren't based on google personalizing results for you.

I'm assuming there is a cost though then?

What's it cost?

I can't justify paying a monthly fee, when I could pay for rank tracker 1 time. It may cost a few months of others monthly fees, but would pay itself off pretty quickly if I had the cash to buy it
