checking referer

whats the best way to check you meta refresh is indeed blank?

to use a double meta refresh through php for it to check the referer on the 2nd time around. Look at my previous threads created, I posted something about that.

Ive always wondered that too. How do you test that it is working 100% of the time (or close to it)?

I know about the php code where if its not blanked, it will send to a different link, but i still dont know how to actually check what referrer is being shown.
