Hi everyone,

I am going to change the address of one of my pages. My concern is that there are some internal links to this page that can be affected as a result.

1) Is there an easy way to check all internal links that are pointing to that particular page?

2) Is there a good wordpress plugin to help automate changing the links? I am experimenting with this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/velvet-blues-update-urls/ and was wondering if there is anything better.

3) Is there a good wordpress plugin to help with removal of internal links? For some links, I rather they not point to the new URL and would rather they be removed.

Thank you.

1) Google Search Console. Links -> Top Linked Pages-Internally -> click on whatever link and it'll list all internal pages linking to it

2) That's what I use and it's great.

3) Not that I'm aware of. Either do a 404 to homepage plugin or manually delete them.

Thanks for the reply. On (1), Google Search Console only shows the top internally linked pages. The links I want to amend do not appear in there. Is there any other way to find out?

Just to reply to my own question, for (1), you can use Screaming Frog free version to show all pages linking to a particular page.
