Hi,
From time to time we hear about the importance of our proxy/VPNs past history of usages. To check if a single IP has any recent SPAM blacklist activity or abusive behavior or it is a clean one, instead of relying only on whoer.net you can use services below. You may already be aware of all of them but still it can be useful for someone.
1) ipqualityscore.com/free-ip-lookup-proxy-vpn-test, this is at the top of my list for checking the history of an IP, very accurate.
2) ip2proxy.com, it has options to detect known type of proxy such as VPN anonymizer (VPN), open proxies (PUB), web proxies (WEB), Tor exit nodes (TOR), Search engine spider (SES) and data center ranges (DCH).
3) scamalytics.com/ip, I like the way they analysis fraud score.
4) iphub.info, same as scamalytics.com
If all of the above services show you a clean history, you can almost be sure that you're on the right track.
