I can only see a thread on here based on an old method which doesn't seen to work anymore.

So setup the OBS software on an VPS which is simple enough, but not quite sure what you meant by viewing it with another device?

Watching this live video with a lot of other devices to get 4000 hours .. i try this with some bots watching my live video but when i save that video the hours dont save

Doesn't sound like it's a very good option currently then. What else is there?
 
I’m trying to figure this out atm and the best idea I could think of is to try using micro worker websites + Reddit.

Wouldn't work you'd be paying about $400+ to send 4k workers to watch etc.
 
Watch hours is a piece of cake. Getting the 1000 subscribers is the real pain in the ass, specially since yt goes around sweeping every now and then and your subscribers drop like a rock

I have the subs just from building good content. 4k hours has yet to be reached.

Not when you use my strategy. I am getting views that are costing me $0.001, but getting them to subscribe is tough since English is not their main language.
 
Make 1 hours video, and send high retention view to your video. Or contact one of the smm seller in BHW and make a deal with one of them.
 
You can download a one hour video from YouTube, like white screen ,Christmas songs campfire , and reupload it with proper SEO title tags description. That should get lots of views if well chosen .
