What are the cheapest ones that will work and be reliable, without a chance of ban or shadowban? I literally care nothing about them other than that they are cheap and will work, and work reliably.

there is no cheap with social media proxies. you need
to find a seller who fits your budget.
if the proxies are for account logins then you req 4g proxies
as those ips are generally more trusted by the sm companies
make sure to match the ip with account location

Cheapest and reliable cannot go hand in hand. The cheapest proxies carry the risk of blacklisted/abused IPs. The most reliable are 4G proxies; costly but the most secure ones so would be worth your investment.
