I just need real impressions to my site. I want english speaking traffic, and a bit of cheap dirt traffic to lower the CTR.

There are a ton of options on eBay. Most of the will allow you to say which country you want the hits from. THey wont be quality but if you just need to kill the CTR they will work.

1 cents per impression. But CTR with MFA is already around 3% anyway.
