Which is the cheapest domain registrar that accepts payment from PayPal balance? Also, if you got any discount codes, it would be helpful.

Namecheap always the one get recommended by many people.
 
I also read here on BHW that domains often get confiscated for copyright infringement and shit like that. Which registrar to use so I never have to worry about this? For this new site, I will be copying a lot of stuff from different websites.

Namecheap. get your private whois also.
or buy anonymous domain from prq.se $50/year.
 
Have you tried Internet.bs?.

I have/do pay via PayPal although not with a balance.
 
yes namecheap is reliable domain service and this is paypal accept .if u have other payment method so i suggest you u choose godaddy.

I guess I'll go with namecheap. I'm not doing anything illegal, will only be copying content from other websites.

Haha... you have taken me too literally.

What I meant was I don't ever have a Paypal balance and it automatically comes straight from my Debit Cards.

If I had a balance and I were purchasing a Domain then yes, PP would automatically use the available balance in your account.

the lowest is bigrock. but Don't know about there quality and service :)
 
Namesilo is good. But remember copyright problem will always be there, so it would be good to steer clear of it.
