Jay Kenny for the agent because of his local presence in the Reno community. He was running for mayor a few years back so everyone knows him. I know him personally so maybe I'm biased. He has a few businesses in Nevada and big connections, just a high value you in general.

Also MACU is fantastic if you're open to credit unions.
They're not too massive, hyper-friendly, easy to get setup. And you can get on the phone with them for anything.
The app is decent also.
