Cheap Quick Traffic?

What is the cheapest quickest way to get a load of traffic to a url. I'm in a competition and need to send 50k+ visits to the url below to move to the 1st slot.
I see that the guys who are in first and 2nd must be buying traffic since they are getting 10s of thousands of views in a matter of days.
