I was wondering which are the best value?

You can get 50000 links for $35 or 250 high quality links for $40 on this site.

I am not sure if G will give any weight to those 50k low quality links or not.

    Thanks

I prefer high quality links they gave me a much bigger boost in serps and you dont need to worry about penalty's.

Like Hybrid I prefer high quality links but I also like to mix them up a bit with NoFollow and ******** to make the link building look more natural.

If I were you, I would never get into link trading. Purchased links are not permanent links, once you run out of your money... you will lose your purchased links.

Its better to get organic backlinks, its difficult to build a backlink profile but once you develop a good profile... no one can ruin it.
You may use some tool to dig out some good sources for backlinking, like I have been using 'Keyword Country' as an aid in my link building campaign.
