Chat animation with people using their mobile

hello ,
i do not live in the USA , i found a company employing people to chat with people in the USA .. supposedly the people are using their mobiles to chat and the more they chat with them they get paid more .. They chat through the internet and the people they are chatting with are using their mobiles .. they make false profiles and chat , very often hot chat .. the people they are chatting are all in the USA and through mobile ..

I would like to know how i can do this ..
