channel remove,cant create new

now youtube allowed atleast 2 channel per gmail acct
but once channel removed I cant create new
any solution?

Use a Brand Account — it lets you create multiple channels separate from your main one. Alternatively, you can just create a new Gmail account for an extra channel
 
Use another gmail account, if you’re multi accounting at scale consider using both proxies and anti detect browsers so your accounts don’t get flagged.

but other acct become useless now,I mainly creating yt now a days
 
What you mean by removed? channel removed for violation?
You can create upto 100 channels with one email
