Is it possible to change all the web 2.0 links from one site (that got slapped) to another safely? Same niche so all the content is perfect and I still have all the login details for around 300 web 2.0's.

The site only got slapped (I think) for over use of anchor text so it never got deindexed just moved down a page or two but I would rather just rank a new site.

If you're going to rank a new site, I would use new Web 2.0's with new content.
