I think I'm starting to get some of my url's taken down from google search results for DMCA, if I slightly change the link every so often will that be a good work around.
For example original link is :
    nameofsite.com/2015/01/18/post-name-1

    to
    nameofsite.com/2015/01/18/post-name-2

Is this a good way to bypass it or would it screw up seo for other search engines?

    .

    That won't stop the DMCA's

And it might get your site de-indexed

So long as you have the same content, you won't be able to do much to save yourself from de-indexation.

It work last time. However now google will de-rank your site as your dmca takedown increases. There are several of ways to counter dmca takedown if you just explore your rival competitors sites.

No point in changing url structure, the issues lies with your website itself.

I think it will take a while, sites like kickass.so have hundreds of thousands of links reported for DMCA, and they still rank high when searching for torrents.

Kickass has been changing domain tlds on regular basic to reindex/avoid something.
Kickass is mainly driven by direct traffic/referral, not by search engine. Even if is search engine, is keyword "kickass".

I think it may be better to just focus on improving seo for new content, as well as branding then trying to bypass dmca'd links on google. It would eventually grow to a large task as my site gets larger.
