    Ok guys:

Same niche, same product, same keyword. Website which is linked at the article on my PBN is penalized (not because of the PBN itself).

Shall I just replace the link to the new website? Or delete the whole article and make a completely new article with the new link?

I was thinking about it and would guess that replacing the existing link would be more powerful, because its about 1-2 years old. A new article would have to earn authority etc. first. Whats your opinion on that?

is the site ranking in bing and yahoo? if it is, what I usually do is either create a new article linking to my new site, or update the existing one with an added link (keeping the old link so it still ranks in bing/yahoo).

If the site is not ranking in bing and yahoo, then I just replace the link on the existing article. I have had not problems doing that

Now, the target website is harmed, or the PBN is?

If the website is, why would you even change the link on the PBN? If the PBN is, then changing the post might not help because it's probably the page.
