changing account email

    do i need access to the old email in order to change to a new email address?
    is a verification email only sent to the new email address?

    No you don't have to. BUT!

    Email about password and/or email change is sent to a previous email address. So anyone who has access there may click a link "I did not authorise this action".

    hmm.. my abandoned/neglected domain now becomes a 'premium' domain with an asking price of $750.
    i dont think anybody would pay that amount for that domain name.
    even if someone did and set up the same email, he/she prolly wont get that email?
    if he did get that email, he wouldnt know my password, so there is no reason for him to 'unauthorise.'

    so maybe i'll just take my chances...
