Just a quick thought, not sure if it is a good idea or been previously discussed, if anyone is posting a JV which is to collect more than say $500 or $1000, they must first email a scanned copy of ID and matching PayPal/WU/Utilities Bill with the same details etc on it to an admin before having the thread approved.

Obviously this would not hold BHW staff accountable even if things do go wrong but I feel this would help dramatically in stopping these bad JV threads.

I know some people will just say don't get into a JV in the first place and that is all well and good but for some people a JV is the only way to get a great idea off the ground.

Anyway just a thought.

Ah well there you go, thanks ;)

Why not just ask for these yourself?
Any reputable member would have no issue supplying you with these
if they are genuine. The admin cannot police JVs as they are a mutual contract between two or more partners.

Too many people are blinded by the promise of money and fail to secure themselves. The Admin have enough on their hand without asking them to
do something that you should do yourself as a matter of course.
