Some people say that after the recent updates of Google, you should not do link building only on one page and you should definitely do link building on different pages and actually spread it between different pages.
But on my site, only one page is important to me, and I don't care what rank the other pages have.
Do you think I should make links only for the same page or make links for different pages of my site?

My budget is limited. Should I spread the link building between different pages so that it is natural or should I only link building for the same page that I want to be ranked?

So far you haven't brought backlinks to more pages on the site? Because I've been doing it for 15 years.

You have to get 30-40% to the index, the rest to various pages on the site.

Nobody says to go to all the website pages, send the best links to the most important pages, and put a few more (lower in power) on other pages.

From a natural perspective : the pages that have higher visibility (be it organic ranking or viral engagement via social signals) should be seen and linked to by more webmasters.

So your high performing pages should get the most links logically.
