Change Jarvee account? How to logout?

Jarvee shows an old email I don't have access to and has it locked. It can't be edited. Any idea how to log out and into a new account? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice but no luck. I looked for it in AppData as well.

I canceled the subscription on the old account a while back.

Try CC cleaner application, when you Uninstall normally it leaves some short of cache data, uninstall through cc cleaner and run the cleaner afterwards. Not sure if it works in case of jarvee but i tried in past with some other applications.
 
Even if it's greyed out you should be able to edit it and add a new one, you won't have access to the data your previous account used unless you contact support and they unlock that data for you though.
 
Why don't you ask the developers?
They closed their thread here so I wasn't sure if I'd get much of a quick reply.

didn't close it on purpose and we're working on opening up a new one. also support is on call 24/7 you definitely will get fast help

yes, that means if you use another account you won't have access to what you previously did.

That's fine, as I'm no longer involved with that company.

Support just told me:

We don't support users who create multiple accounts, it's abusing our free trial system.

Not too helpful. I've paid hundred of dollars for Jarvee and now this degen is accusing me of abusing their system because I'm trying to run Jarvee for a new company? I don't even want a free trial.
 
Simply use another browser or clean full cache of browser
