Certain threads should be held for moderation

I see this type of threads on a daily basis and it's quite annoying when there are 10 (sometimes more) of them on the homepage

I'd recommend a spam/mofo filter for this. Something simple like holding them for moderation (or simply block them) if a newbie posts a thread containing a "+" or too many numbers should do the trick.

It be real simple if a newbie posts more than 1 or 2 threads in a day, make it wait for moderation

Don't like the idea. Mods are pretty good about clearing out the riff raff

I'd imagine that guys IP has been ghosted by now
