So I apparently got a cease & desist letter from an IP attorney based in Florida (yes, it's legit - I checked the email headers). And it states that I published false, defamatory, and libelous information about his client's product (I run a review website, so). I also apparently are infringing his client's trademark. I have until 22/01/2013 to comply.

Could anyone help me? Wouldn't really want to delete the content, but if I have to..

So you're getting a cease and desist letter because of your personal opinion?

    Freedom of speech man :)

Just take out any images that have trademarks and you should be fine.

PM me a link to the review.
