Cashapp, revolut wallets card

Hey, does cashapp or revolut's vccs work with any address in the world or specifically tied to USA based systems?

What are some other apps/wallets that has VCC working anywhere?

I have no experience with Revolut, but I can tell you that CashApp can only be used in the USA and is definitely tied to a USA Address - you can't even use CashApp on your phone when you're out of the country, if your GEO location reported by your phone is outside of the US, it renders the app useless.. That being said, there are workarounds for that issue (GPS Spoofing apps) but you still need a US address associated with the account
