Hey, I am back again with a new case study. Today I will be working on offer #1497 from Zeydoo using Propellerads Pop traffic as traffic source. I have setup a total of 7 campaigns targeting different GEO/ OS/ Browsers/ Connection types. For this campaign, I will be using blacklisting and will not use any whitelist. My campaign budget is $100 to test these seven campaigns. Hopefully a profitable setup can be found soon.

I shall update with stats on a daily basis. Wish me luck :)

The stats so far. Already got three conversions but still making slight losses. Hopefully this will turn green by end of today.

So far only 7 conversions. Still making losses. Spent $8.372, earnings of $4.2. Still making a net loss of -$4.169.

Wish You all the best with that offer! Are you still using pop ads?

Yes it is still pop traffic. I am primary reserving display traffic for those higher payout offer. For low payout like these, I generally uses pop traffic.

Update of stats for this case study. Still making a loss of 50%, about $7.80. Hopefully today result will improve. All campaigns are suffering losses now. But the good thing is that my budget is still not blown off and there are still conversions. Which means there is still hope for this offer to turn green.

I can't do hour targeting yet because of a lack of conversion data. Will start to target by hour once I have achieve a 7 days data collection period. The reason for 7 days is because the time for conversion differs from Mon - Sun.

What tracker you using OP?
I am using Skro for this campaign. But I have a problem displaying the stats properly on this tracker as it don't allow me to do sorting on a sub data point. So the tracker is only primary used for posting conversion data back to Propellerads. I am primary reading the stats from the Propellerads advertiser dashboard.

Stats as of today. Finally in the green. A profit of $1.47 and ROI of 157.55%. Hopefully the other campaigns will catchup.
@atooxi This is a Click2Call offer. I have written the offer number out as well. So if you are on Zeydoo, you can always run that offer.

I have killed off 6 campaigns out of 7 as they were all losing money despite optimization. There isn't a single conversion for these killed campaigns. Only one particular GEO is making money for this offer. That GEO is Egypt. So if anyone is running this offer, maybe you might want to take a look.

Any new updates?
Not really much of an update. But I have switched traffic to other traffic network due to high cost from Propellerads. For this offer, using pop traffic, propellerads is too expensive. Really hard to get a profit with their high pricing. High quality does not mean high conversion rate unfortunately. I have switched over to cheaper traffic (worse quality) as this offer do not require high quality traffic to convert.

What traffic sources are You trying?
Most of the traffic sources you can find on BHW Media buying section. But any of those will be cheaper than Propellerads (except Zeropak, also expensive).

Cheaper traffic does not always mean profit. As certain offer will require better traffic quality. Example, Crypto, dating, sales based offer will require higher quality traffic to convert.

Cheap traffic usually good for offer that have very easy conversion flow. Example, CPI, Click2SMS, Click2Call. Something that converts even if a baby were to touch the phone or desktop.

I also recommend asking about traffic sources that are based on Geos and browsers, because you will be getting much better opinion to optimize the camping, yet I think that in if the traffic source from propellerads is really good especially from the US if you are looking other options to test you can go to AdMaven they are also working with Pop and push model, you be allowed to adjust the bid more specific to control your ROI better and be more accurate.
