After writing two parasite related guides (linked below) I decided to take it a step further and release a case study on a real life money making method.
You can use any parasite you want I am using Medium.com because I already have the page up and indexed as well as the fact that Google seems to love it as of right now.

What's a parasite?
Any high authority website that allows you to create your own page either on the main domain (xxxxx.com/best-toasters) or on your own sub-domain (besttoasters.xxxxx.com)
After creating your page you can build backlinks to it without worrying about Google penalties since it's not your personal domain and that fact that Google favors these domains since they carry high authority,
The only link building I've done was a couple of blog comments to index the page and see where it would land on the SEPRS.
Link Building Strategy
I'm building out the web 2.0 links tomorrow with exact match anchor texts and starting the GSA SER campaign with contextuals/blog comments using random anchor text.
Also going to build some 301 link shorteners and build both GSA contextual and blog comments to them.
Why am I targeting such low search volume terms for this project?
The affiliate payout is high and recurring every month, and there is no serious competition on Google or Youtube so I can easily dominate the SERPS with other parasites I have.
