I recently read over this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blackhat-lounge/427519-how-full-nights-sleep-2-hours-case-study.html To be honest, it sounds AWESOME and I think that a real BHW member's journal would help lots of people stay motivated should they try it, and maybe inspire some skeptics to give it a whirl. Also, I feel it will add a touch of legitimacy and relevance to the study. So, I'm going to get a solid night's sleep tonight (8-10 hours), and approximately 6 hours afterwards I will begin my journey. I'll be gauging my levels of "restedness" across 3 main criteria, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best: Physical Alertness (P) Mental Acuity (M) Motivation (V) Day 0: I'm fairly tired, and hope to get some good sleep tonight and establish a personal set of "control" PMV levels. I'm going to (hopefully) be asleep by 11pm CST. It is 10:20 right now, and I'm going to bed. I'll update in the morning!
