@tungtrinh.tee , Ahrefs shows 0 traffic maybe because he relies on paid traffic instead of SEO.
Also, I am not sure if Ahrefs provides traffic estimates from FB paid.
@diamondhands Only a few questions below
Shipping
Do you see any shipping delays or any other challenges due to Covid.
Do you see drop in conversions due to shipping? Or have you done any analysis?
Also, with and without Covid, what's the best and worst shipping times have you seen?
To start with, you recommend using AliExpress especially for those who are new to the game,
(you can consider me to be one of them although I have a decent understanding of dropshipping), so what's the average shipping duration to tier-1 English speaking countries like US, UK, AUS and CA? I believe this will depend on seller to seller but any rough estimate?
Also wouldn't the product costs increase considerably if we want to improve shipping time? (FedEx, DHL etc.)
Probably, choosing products/niche where people don't mind waiting for it would be preferred..
What about shipping duration for some countries in Europe (especially East European like yours), or South American or South Asian especially where competition could be low but demand could high?
Choosing a Supplier - Product Quality and Returns
How do you handle returns (primarily by trying to ensure the quality is good so that the returns rate stays low and secondarily, as a service)?
Would returning a product be a hassle for the customers in the age of Amazon convenience)?
Probably your process of choosing the right supplier could help solve my question.
Competition
Do you also teach how to compete or avoid competing with Amazon, Ebay or any other marketplace for price and shipping?
Unless it is the heat of the moment audience that would buy from us, users might also look at some trustworthy option to buy the same product from instead of someone unknown..
If the products are kind of unique and are not widely available on Amazon then that's a different story.
I am not saying that people won't buy. You showed us your video so yes they do, I am coming more from improving conversion rates standpoint and scalability aspect.
My core skill is SEO strategy, analysis and marketing psychology. I work as a senior manager for a digital marketing agency and handle around 16 clients with 25 team members.
Most of the clients are big names in their respective industries (also complex industries with complex audiences) across all three verticals eCom, b2b and b2c.
I feel you did a great job with the sales page and it did make me feel that you know your subject. You built that trust but kind of overdoing it in comments by always trying to explain your genuineness..
Your frequent requests for asking you questions led me to ask these otherwise I normally don't. So this worked too..
If I think of more details, I might have a few more.
I hope the answers to my questions would also helps others get some more practical information on these common hurdles. These may also help you get more sales as people night feel more confident in this business model..
Without feelings there is no action..
Thanks,
Prithvi
