I don't the tape was released, last I heard yesterday is that Vivid had the tape and was trying to work a deal with the girl.

Is same sex marriage or gays adopting a child politics? If it is then shouldn't marriage and adoption themselves be labeled as politics? I mean he wasn't really talking about the law itself, more the idea of gay marriage being wrong. He never mentioned laws, therefor it isn't technically political.

Actually, marriage in general has it's roots and fundamentals in political power. Legalizing gay marriage in the US would increase federal income tax revenues by $9bil per year (not to mention revitalizing some industries), while keeping it illegal in most areas has the effect of increasing criminal and civil court cases. (ie, costing the gov money). It's VERY political.
