    Hey guys,

just a word of caution, we had a very successful shoutout gig on Fiverr with over 1,000 orders and five star rating. One day they removed it with this explanation:

We were contacted by Instagram's Enforcement team regarding your Gig. This service violates Instagram's Terms of Service and was requested to be removed.

The IG account itself was not removed or blocked.

So, just be aware that selling shoutouts on Fiverr is risky.

Don't put your instagram username on the gig

Have you contacted support? What they say? Why they removed it?

No only IG. There are many niches where people receive such messages :)

What you can do to mitigate risks:
    1. Try to figure out what keywords are triggering alleged checks from "enforcement teams". Try to reword your gig in a way that it's not obvious if you are breaking IG ToS or not.
    2. Create more fiverr accounts (there is NO system, they don't take all gigs off breaking ToS, just some)
    3. Create own platform and sell through it

I did all three and it helped, at least for some time. I am pretty sure that one day Fiverr will fuck me over again (and then again and again). Do I care? Nope. I make my system for deploying new accounts and kickstarting gigs quick. The more gigs they remove (including mine :)), the less competition there will be. While others cry in a pillow, I am rinsing and repeating.

The reason was what I posted. They declined to reinstate it.

Yes, it's hit and miss - we still have a few shoutout Gigs at fiver.

What I don't really see is that it violates IG's terms of service. I've read them twice now and I can't see anything prohibiting sponsored posts...

Yeah I thought instagram didn't have anything against paid shoutouts? Maybe it's something new...

I was running other gigs for Instagram too, level 2 seller, with more than 100 orders and one day they just ghosted my account! I would not recommend Fiverr to anyone.

Same happened to me, when I was using fiverr for shoutouts. One day the orders stopped... I created a new gig and fiverr removed it without any warnings. Never came back to this shitty website and believe me it's not worth it for 4 $

You should just join an influencer marketing network site like IG Shoutouts!

Full disclosure - I am the founder.
