    Hey there,
I want to promote a landingpage promoting a "download movies 14 days free" cpa.
Now I thought about offilne marketing inspired by http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/cpa/322736-method-im-seeing-results-quick-possibilities-endless-competition-no-issue.html.
What's your experience? Should I use flyers or business cards promoting my landingpage?

    Thanks
    cable

Flyers usually work better since you can fit more text on.

    Put them at Campus's etc

College kids and People love free movies :D

Never had experience with what you want to do, however I believe that fliers would get more people to visit your link. Business cards are too small. Factors of success are dependent on many other factors than just the "method." For example, LP design, how good the offer is, where you distribute the fliers, your flier design, and etc.

My advice is to just do it. You'll only be investing a couple bucks anyways.

Tips on distributing car flyers. Don't cheap out on the paper the flyer is printed on, make sure it is lamented. That way the flyers won't mold and stick to the windshield or passenger windows. Believe me, the last thing you want is having 100 - 200 people call with in a 1 hour to scream at you. Get someone you can rely on, rather than a craiglist replier. Flyer boys have a knack of finishing earlier and disappearing, so make sure you go out and check on them stealth style on occasion. also check in the most likely trash bins. Experience: used to do 10,000 flyers over a weekend (friday, saturday, sunday) promoting my clubs and venues. Edit: Also people rarely save the flyers , make sure to use a url shortener that is VERY easy to remember. Especially for drunk people. And hand out flyers next to and around sociable places/areas( clubs,movies,restuarant,bars...) More of a chance to read the flyer. Also make sure the flyer is pleasant to hold, a smooth feeling is pleasurable in the hand.

Hello, I have found that getting a stamp made out with your ad and putting them on Stickies works rather well. I have put them on coke machines, atm's, newspaper machines and gas pumps.

Agree with bay. Biz cards the way to go. People will be more apt to pop the card into their back pocket. Flyer is too big and gets trashed more often. just make the biz card ith teaser on it. Hardly any info at all just a vague offer ith URL

This is great! I was wondering what size of media to use for this.

imo this sounds like a cool idea :D
while a flyer or a buisness card will often only be seen one time and after that will be thrown into the trash a sticker will be seen by a lot of people!

imagine you have distributed tousand of stickers... only one view per sticker per day would be thousand of views every day! and obv more than 1 person will see a sticker per day :)

Hard papers like colored calling cards work better than thin flyers.

A business card is less likely to be thrown in the trash because it can easily fit in someone's wallet / pocket / purse etc. Most of the time if someone hands you an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, its going in the nearest garbage can or just crumpled up on the street.
