Hi just wondering if there is some glitch that has been going on the past couple days or issues with my account? When uploading reels ONLY my captions and location settings have not been sticking when I post the reel. This just started happening last week. I have lately been tagging various businesses when uploading my reels in hopes they would inquire about my services. Could I be penalized by doing that? That's the only thing I can think of. Although when I post an image only my captions, location, and tags do appear. Im stumped

Maybe the reel posting is flagged for some reason or it might be an IG bug.
I would say try to post with different phone and ip and see if the issue occurs.

That's some kind of temporary softban on your account. and as you said mostly the reason is tagging heavily and repeatedly. Rest your account for few days. don't post anything and try again slowly it may work without issues. don't just start tagging again. try posts with captions and hashtags only. start tagging again after some time.
OK thank you. We uploaded a video today and captions and hashtags do appear. We have not been trying to tag anyone the past several days

Probably it's a softban in your account. Let it go for a few days and try again.
