Ok so my review so far isn't good. In fact, it's dreadful.

What I've found out so far:

1. Next to zero support. They are online for help for approximately 20 minutes throughout a 24 hour period. If they reply and then you send another message, you have to wait another 24 hours.
2. I created a support ticket as they asked me to do, yet all they did was reply, asking me to do what I'd just told them didn't work - it was if they copied and pasted a random reply.
3. I finally got the free trial for 5 threads, but unfortunately, the software doesn't work on a VPS. I've tried it on 4 different ones and it failed on them all. Correct API was entered.
4. Trying to accept their site via Chrome results in a 'Secure Connection Failed' and it doesn't work if you add it as an exception.

I'll change my review if/when the software works and support improve but until then, I'm out.
