yeah that has been up for about 5 days now, so if your just getting it now then maybe they are gradually turning all 350millon accounts on to the new system.
I agree, it is coming up every now and again, friend adding is alot slower for me now
They are slowly turning all accounts across to new systems for a number of little changes they make, they are latching onto all techniques!
