CAPTCHA isn't showing up when I surf thru proxy

What am i doing wrong? i don't really know anything about this.

hidemyass and dogpass and those kinds of sites are not allowing CAPTCHAs to load on the target sites.

Are there any free proxies that will load CAPTCHA text correctly so I can enter it?

edit - I found one that works, but it launches multiple popups, so if you have any recommendations for other proxies that may work in this situation, that would be cool.
