    Hey all,

Somewhat noob here. Back in March, I grabbed some domains, thinking I could capitalize on the Olympics starting up next week. watchtheolympics.com, watchtheolympics.online, watchtheolympicsonline.com, and their Portuguese equivalents. I didn't really have a plan, but I was hoping to drive traffic by commenting on popular olympic FB posts with a link to the site. As to how to monetize the traffic, that's another story. Possibly paywalls, or surveys? I haven't done this before.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Any bright ideas? For right now, I don't know if the time spent to get a site up and running would be worth it. But I'll happily try something out.

Funny story. After I bought the domain, I started getting emails from twitter. Oddly enough the emails were for [email protected]. Looks like Namecheap was automatically forwarding emails, and turns out the previous owner had the account https://twitter.com/watcholympics. I was able to login and everything. This gave me hope that there was a somewhat decent SEO presence for the domain.

Anyway, let me know if there are any suggestions!
