CapacityProductions.net has been purchasing YouTube views through me for weeks about 45 days now. This guy brought me tons of orders daily which he then re-sold to his customers. I have had quick and reasonable support responses to his constant inquiries about his customers videos. He would claim that the videos did not receive views, I would go to our system, see where the views started, see how many views we delivered and see the current views. This went on for a few weeks and I always confirmed we delivered the accurate amount of views.

Now this guy for the last 5 days has been claiming that two videos that are not in our system did not receive views. When a purchase goes through, the video automatically gets placed in our system and shows all transactions, videos, views when purchased, views purchased and so on. Neither of these videos were in our system and he could not provide me with a transaction ID for me to look further into it. He then constantly claims I have bad support, simply due to the fact that I would not give him free views for something we had no records of and that he couldn't prove with a transaction ID. A few weeks ago he claimed I didn't deliver 10,000 views and didn't supply me with the transaction ID, so I went through every one of the hundreds of payments from him and looked at the URL in the receipt of every single one to confirm there were no views purchased for that URL.

Now, since I won't give him free views on these two videos that were never in our system and he can't prove he purchased, he messaged me saying he has filed a dispute on every single transaction we have done. So, I have delivered hundreds of thousands of views to this guys customers just fine as promised and now because of two videos he claims didn't receive views, he apparently has filed a claim on all payments from the last 45 days. This is complete fraud and I told him if this goes through, I will bring him to court. I'm still not sure on exact amounts, but if this all goes through, I seriously will bring him to court.

This guy is a complete scammer/fraud. I just wanted to inform everyone to stay far away from doing any business with this guy. At the end of the day, it would have been a lot easier to just deliver the views he claimed he paid for and weren't delivered, but regardless of how much business someone does with me, without sufficient proof of the payment on either side for the service allegedly purchased, then I refuse to deliver.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Here's the guys website: http://capacityproductions.net

Make a few web 2.0 blogs and shitlist his ass on them. Send him a link to them and ask him does he really want them to outrank his original site.

Im sure the matter will quietly go away once he realises he cant get any freebies from you and you know how to play as dirty as he is.

Yeah, I just called paypal and they said they will not side with the buyer on services. Problem is, if he disputes every payment through his CC, I will get charged $20 per transaction because of the fees the CC company charges paypal. It just really irritates me that he thinks I had bad customer support and would do this, when he had no proof of the payment and I had no records of the videos he claimed didn't receive views.

    Thanks for your suggestions though!
