Can't seem to Point My Domain

I registered with WP.com and found out they don't host themes, only WP.org or something (beats me)

So I turned to altervista since they're free and allow WP themes, but only see they charge for domains, nothing to point one too that I already own.

I truly need to get my site up and running, so may you lend a hand?
Tell me exactly what free host allows WP themes(paid good money for it) and points an existing domain.

Yes I have used it myself a couple years back dude. You get a full Cpanel with Fantastico and everything to install WP.
