    How old is your site?
If its a new site it wil go up and down the first few weeks. I think it has to do with the servers google uses. They have a shitload of servers and databases they use. And every search is routed differently through their system.

It wil eventualy work out and give you a stable position.

If it is an older site you did something else wrong. Digg won't get you delisted or sandboxed.

Use the rankchecker pugin for firefox to keep an eye on your positions in google bing and yahoo.
