Can't receive PM?

I don't think I can receive PM's, I've had a couple of people try to PM me before and I haven't received any. I got a total of 0 received. Can someone try to PM with any message?

Didn't receive D:< Am I missing some sort of requirement, I've gone through the requirement posts.

EDIT: settings look good
