Can't post on FB page walls?

I'm trying to post on a couple FB walls, and it appears as if it's being posted, but it's not, as in I can see it on the account I post on, but not on any other account. These accounts aren't PVA, is that the problem?

NO sometimes what happens with FB fan pages is that if you keep posting it will send them to a hidden post(ghost) Until the owner approves your post basically.

are u sure you got the publish rights? then where is the problem?

Yeah, you can't run around and just post on anyones wall without their permission. There is now a sub category under "wall" that says "REVIEW" and you can now approve or delete the spam
