    I installed shopperpress a few weeks ago (downloaded from this thread http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...-get-shopperpress-7-0-2-andthe-psd-files.html), and when I installed it, I spent several hours working on the site, importing products and setting everything up. I haven't tried logging back into my site until today. When I entered mysite.com/wp-admin in my browser, it just redirects me back to my home page. I can't even get to the wordpress login page. Any ideas on what to do?

    Have you tried going to yoursite.com/wp-login.php. that's an alternate way to get there. Also check your FTP folder and make sure your admin folder is still there.

    Once logged try to click on the meta sidebar the link to LOGIN or ADMIN page. I had some templates that caused the same redirect.

    I just tried wp-login, and that shows this page: wplogin.jpg

    I checked my FTP and the admin folder is still there.

    Zoya and Darito, I am not presented with the login box to even get the chance to log in.

    Try renaming the theme folder to any other name so wp switches back to default theme and you can log in.

    I just tried this and although it did not take my to the log in page, it automatically took me to my wordpress profile. It said that I was using an auto generated password(I guess I forgot to set this up??? Pretty sure I did though...), so I changed it. I tried going to mysite.com and it's now just a blank white page. My WP dashboard is completely blank as well, the only thing I am able to see/use is my profile. See below:

    I changed the theme folder name back to it's original name and my site is back, but still cannot get to the wp login screen. I have the same problem when trying to login to both wp-admin and wp-login. I am still not able to get into the WP login screen.

    I had something similar when I moved hosts. could nt get my login to come up

    had to edit the wp-config.php file

    Add these two lines to your wp-config.php, where "example.com" is the correct location of your site.

    HTML:
    define('WP_HOME','http://example.com');
    define('WP_SITEURL','http://example.com');

    this got me back in and then I could fix other issues from there

    Connect to your server through FTP and check your .htaccess file and see if there is anything out of place. Also, it might be a server-side issue it happened with me once as well and my web-host was the issue. However, strange as it may sound I managed to get access to the login area by using Internet Explorer, while Firefox and Chrome where displaying a 404 error. Then, after 2 days I could login with all my browsers.

    Hope this helps.

    I finally got in last night. I figured out that with shopperpress, you don't even go to the normal wordpress login screen. Instead, you login on the wp-login page, which is basically just a normal page on the site. I tried logging in here before and must have entered the wrong username/password, but at the time I wasn't expecting this to work anyways because I was still expecting to see the normal WP login screen. I figured this page was for users of the site to login, not to access the admin dashboard. Oh well, I'm in, and on to deal with a checkout system that doesn't work.
