a lot of ppl has this problem. Move over magnificent glass and check your message. If this is budget reached blah, blha, it's mean they will check your account by hand, becouse you setup incorectly your first campaing and your account is flagged now.

but you can try fix it. What's your daily budget and how much are you paying for click, and what is your paymnet method.

Check your budget and how much you are willing to spend per click or CPC. The G has been scrutinizing the ads lately - that time of month. They will answer you back so hang in there.

it's risky for first campaign. If you choosed very popular keyword with a lot of impression ads never shows becouse system affraid that budget is too low, to cover expenses. And another thing that $20 per day means for them you want spend $600 per month, so if you can't cover one week expenses for your account ... ads never shows.

This is only for first camaign. Try something like this. Pasue this campaign and create new one, with budget $3 and set 0,01 per click. You can promote something else only to check it's working or not. Wait till account midnight.

Choose something not popular. Stay away from tardemarks, meds, porn, gambling etc. similar staff. Find something common without a lot of traffic. Just for test. Important is message at keywords. If ads not showing becouse you are paying too less for clicks that's good :)

What message do you have on keyword?

    silly me, it says:

    Ad showing?
No. You have recahed and exceded your budget.

but i never got one click, they all show zero.

ps, why should the $20/day matter? i read that they bill you every time $50 is reached.

ok, it's mean you falgged your account but nobody check it. Try do as I suggest. Pasue/delete this campaing and create new one bogus campaing. Or try change budget to 3$ and pay per click 0,01 or 0,02. It's systes your account is new, so you can spend much. After few days of working everything works normal and you can spend as much as you want.
Remembere you have wait itll account midningt if this doesn't help you have to wait for manual review or create new account.

Yes, this message usually means your account has been flagged.
Did you create your account using a VCC (virtual credit/debit card) or with a regular debit/credit card or bank account ? Do you have more than one Adwords account?

    1. your account is flagged
    2. ppl really want that keyword and it's working like crazy, however if you have zero impressions, then it really should be case 1.

which means something with your billing or your ad is an issue, if your sending users to some unscrupulous site or you have billing issues that would be the reason why your account is in limbo.

I have the exact same problem. I just set up my account with a AMEX VCC (looks like google can tell what VCCs are) and i have a 20 dollar credit on my account. My ads are not showing because i've "exceeded my budget".

Sucks!!! I thought I did everything by the book. Looks like i screwed up in accounting somewhere. I wonder what causes google to flag your account.

Mine always run right away if it's restricted to the Search Network. If you're also running on the content network, your ads & keywords will require a review and approval by a human before they can be run.

Aand also, I've heard that ads on new accounts are being approved much more slowly and under much tighter scrutiny than in the past.

if your ads follow their TOS, you still can get enabled but it can takes weeks. You have to send them mail, cry a bit on the g0gle groups etc. It's painfull. You can try pause this campaign and create new one, with small budget and small amount per click. It's sometimes helps. Not always but you have 20-30%. My ads always works even on new accounts. I'm always creating account with fake looking common campaign, after few days I'm going back to these accounts and I can add there everything without a problem.

Yes, my ads were following the terms of service. I wonder if google is just tightening down on new accounts PERIOD. I guess gone are the days you can open up multiple accounts with a credit and then run them out up to the free credit balance. Well it was good while it lasted. On to yahoo now...

you still can open multiple accounts without a problem if you know how to do it. The biggest problem is get working vcc. Usual I'm paying for traffic with voucher, so I can use multiple times this same card and I'm paying for traffic. It's not so good like free credits but with vouchers it's fine :)

justdude, would you care to explain what do you consider as a 'common campaign' ? An example of such campaign, including keywords would help us a lot. Thanks.

    common means:
    Cheap Yellow Flowers
Come here and look at ours flowers, Get them Now!

    or something like this.
Common means that you aren't selling anything that could looks suspiciuous. Nothing related to: adult, gambing, alcohol, and all these things where you can get any restrictions. Avoid keywords that you have to pay 1$ to be on 10th page. etc. Something what could create John Smith from Smallvile when he first time signup at adwords. He haas some small business, not trust at all these new technologies, so he don't pay much for it. Just couple $ per day and few cents per click etc. Use common sense. I started my forst campaign with budget at 2$ and I was thinking that I'm paying so much :) Think like common ppl who dont want sell these ebooks "Earn $10000,00 in 5 minutes".
